MATCH REPORT BY CHARLIE HEATHER(MAN OF THE MATCH)

Pickwick took the kick off ,Fleurs started the game strongly and nearly took the lead after a great cross from billy was met with a good header from Sonner the rest of the first half was a close game with both teams going into the break goalless.Following the half time team talk the managers made 2 changes,billy asked to come off due to a sore leg and was replaced by ronnie and Morgan was replaced by brad.Fleurs started the 2nd half strongly,but went behind against the run of play 0 - 1.We made another change with Sonner coming off and tait coming on,we moved brad up front and tait slotted in midfield.Several chances to equalise followed,Zach went close and I put one over the bar.Then some fine work by brad and ronnie set me up for a shot which I smashed into to net off the bar,1-1.Minutes later we made it 2-1 as tait collected the ball and drove a low hard shot through the keepers legs.With only seconds to go we wrapped up the game,some good work from ronnie with a shot that found brad unmarked 2yards out for a simple tap in.olly and Taylor were brilliant today and my dad was referee for the last time ever.COME ON YOU FLEURS !!!!!!!!!.

Back to our best today,played some good football and kept possession .All the boys stayed in their positions and we created chance after chance.It was good to see the ball being kept on the floor and the boys passing and moving instead of playing the long ball which we have been guilty of the last few games.A good solid performance from each and every player who worked well as a team today.We have one game left this season so come on boys lets finish on a high and go for that promotion place.COME ON YOU FLEURS.
